In life some of your guides may have been your parents, a special teacher who took extra time with you or you may have made a friend or friends who had expertise in different areas of life. All of these people were your guides in life. Each of us are very fortunate if we have found a few people who took the time to help and guide us. Some of these guides were better than others in sharing information with us. Starting a business requires a specialized guide who has actual experience in starting businesses.
I have been very fortunate to have found guides to help me in life. Some were in my life for a very short time others for a longer time. Each had something to share with me. I have found that the first skill that I had to learn was to listen to the advise that was given to me. The second skill that I learned was to actually put the advise into action. To actually do something with the information that had been given to me.
I suggest that you spend a few minutes thinking about these two skills as I have found them to be essential to my having created a happy life for myself. Many people will read a book on how to do something, but never put into action the information that they received.
A business guide will help speed up the process of you reaching your goals. Most people haven't had specialized guides like a business guide in life and therefore they haven't experienced the actual benefit of having this type of a guide in their life. They may be wondering what a business guide does or how a business guide can help them. A specialized guide in business is actually essential because they have already traveled this route and know the pitfalls as well as the shortcuts for you to take.
Starting a business requires a guide who who has experience in all of the processes of starting and operating a business. A good business guide will also have the ability of being able to pass their experience on to others.
I have started a series of different business so I have the unique perspective of having actually started and operated successful businesses from the ground up. This is why I have information that you can use to discovering the business you want to start and then the process of starting and operating your own business.
I am going to spend a moment of discussion on the reasons for traveling through life with a guide to show you a new way of thinking. I would hope to reach and help as many people as possible and demonstrated how each person can reach their goals quicker and easier by having a guide to your goals in life.
I a discussing this because I have met people who reject all help or offers of help in creating an easier and better life for themselves. They often don't even consciously know that they are rejecting help from others.
There are also those who want to do everything on their own. They do not want help to determine the destination that they are seeking and they don't want help in getting there. Most of these people haven't even chosen a destination in life. By rejecting all help in finding the easiest route to the destination of being successful and financial free they experience more problems in life. To these people I suggest that you look inside yourself and ask why you want to experience a life of hardship when life could be so much easier if you would open yourself up and allow others to help you create a great life.
I hope you enjoy the following description of being without a guide in life.
People without a guide remind me of being in a boat bobbing in the ocean of life without the people on board knowing that there is a rudder attached to the boat. They also don't know that there is a sail onboard that can be attached to the mast. If they were to discover the sail onboard they may or may not know what it's purpose would be. They would not know that if the sail is used properly they could take advantage of the wind to move them faster. The sail in coordination with the rudder gives a person the power where they can choose the direction they would like to take themselves as well as the speed that they will move. By having someone teach you to coordinate the use of the sail and rudder you will learn this skill quicker than if you started out with no knowledge in the use of these tools, the sail, rudder and boat, so that you can use the boat to get to your destination quicker.
You want to know how to best use the sail and rudder of your boat of life so that you can pick your destination and get there having achieved all of you goals. Otherwise you will be in the boat that just floats from place to place and you are not in control of your own destiny in life.
Many people have not learned the skill of seeking out this knowledge in books or from those who are willing to share this information with them.
I learned this lesson for myself and now I ask that you consider the benefits of seeking out a knowledgeable guide for yourself.
As a young man I didn't know how to go places that I had heard about because I didn't know how to get there. My problem was that I didn't know how to read a map. Randy, a good friend showed me how to use a map to get to the place we were going one day. Neither of us knew how to get where we wanted to go, but Randy knew how to read a map. In using the map to get there I learned how to use a map. I look back and think how strange it was that I didn't know how to use a map, but no one had ever showed me how to use one before. I had never even owned a map or looked at one except on the wall of a class at school and that was a map of the world.
Randy showed me how to find where we were on the map and then how to locate the destination on the map that we wanted to go to. Then we looked at the roads from where we were and looked to find the roads that would take us to our destination. He showed me how to look for the easiest way to get to our destination. We made note of each place where we needed to make a turn. We would look at the names of the crossroads where we would need to turn onto and the direction that we would then take from there to get to our destination. As we did this we wrote these things down. Making note of where we would find a crossroad and the names of the intersecting roads. We noted the name of the road that we would turn on and the direction that we would turn. We also looked at the places where we had choices of the roads to take to our destination. Often there was more than one road that could be taken to reach our destination. Sometimes there would be one road that would be faster to our destination. Other times we would find roads that would be more interesting to take. So I found that there is often more that one route to take to reach a destination.
This same lesson applies to reaching your goals in life. There are choices in life and we usually would choose the fastest or the most interesting or a combination. Learning to make good choices in life is a major accomplishment.
Consider those who are in the boat that just floated. They have no goal and if they do they aren't using all of the tools available to them to reach their goal. They haven't prepared themselves by learning to use the tools that can take them there quickly and safely.
Others who don't know how to map out a good life will sometimes end up in a dangerous neighborhood and not know how to get out of there. Asking directions in a dangerous neighborhood can even be dangerous. A good guide will help you avoid these areas and show you the safe, fun, prosperous areas to be in.
Before learning to read a map I had to rely on asking someone for directions or just not going places unless I had been there before and remembered how to get there. Sometimes as I was going somewhere it was a trip of trial and error and I would have to keep asking directions as I went along. Sometimes people would only vaguely know the direction to go and this made the trip even more confusing and made for many stops along the way to get better directions. This is not the way a person wants to live their life, a life of trial and error.
Learning to read a map was a great life lesson for me and gave me a freedom that I had not known before. I had learned to determine where I was and the route to take to get to my destination. I could go anywhere I wanted to go with this knowledge.
Quite simply I can advise you to seek out those who have traveled the path you want to take and learn from them all that you can. This is like having a roadmap to an easier life. To the life that you want. You will have a way to reach the life that you set as your destination along with a map of how to reach your destination. Learn to be the master of your own life from those who have mastered their life.
A word of advise that I can give to everyone as they are traveling the path of life is find guides who know the way by having personal experience about what you want or need to know. Each guide will show you the easiest route to take.
An example of having a guide is when the wild west of America was being settled. Many of the settlers of the new frontier traveled together in a wagon train. These wagon trains had a wagon master who would guide the people along the route to their new life. The wagon master had traveled this route before and knew the dangers ahead and knew how to handle most of the dangers. With some dangers the travelers in the wagon train worked as a team to overcome them. Another skill the wagon master had was know where to get food and water and the safe places to travel through on the travelers route.
On this wagon train there were people of many different levels of education, yet the successful groups worked in unity with each other as a team. Some were doctors, farmers, trades people each had a different skill and mind set from each other yet they chose a wagon master who may have been less or more educated than them. This wagon master was chosen not for his education level. He was chosen because he had traveled the route before and had successfully navigated the dangers to get the travelers to their destination. The wagon master guiding most groups had made the journey many times before. This give him even more information on how to guide the travelers to their destination in a safe and successful manner.
Because you have read this far you have demonstrated that you are a seeker of knowledge and direction in life. Let us continue on the seeking of a better way in life. Be prepared to find many guides in life to help you reach your future destinations. Guides will always be there for you if you are seeking them.

From an early life of poverty and an apprentice in his early life to becoming financially free. He was a founder of America at the age of seventy. He lived to be 85 years old and had many inventions to his credit as well as contributing much to the start of a new country. Benjamin Franklin created the first subscription library as well as being the first Deputy Postmaster General creating local delivery. He wrote the book 'The Way to Wealth'. He taught himself five languages. His life accomplishment are too numerous to list here, but this gives you a brief overview of his accomplishments. All of this was done with only two years of schooling.
I know you will enjoy much success as you travel this path in creating this new life that you will build for yourself and your family. You will be in charge of your own destiny as the owner of your own business. I would like to be your guide in this adventure.
