			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p></p><p align="justify"><font size="3">I remember from years ago when I first experienced learning forgiveness of past anger and hurts and the positive impact that it made on my life. In fact using forgiveness freed me to achieve many successes in my life.</font></p>
<p align="justify"><font size="3">I recently had an inner feeling that there was someone or something that I still needed to forgive. In the past to start the forgiveness process what I did was to create a list of people </font><font size="3">or things to forgive in my life and then I worked on forgiveness of these people. Now I was having a hard time identifying exactly what it was that I needed to forgive. The search was on. </font></p>
<p align="justify"><font size="3">I have found that most people have past hurts and anger over past events that are holding them back from experiencing the present moment in life with freedom from these events.&#160; They are not able to find happiness because of the hold that the past has on them. Usually people do not see how these past hurts and anger is holding them back from happiness in the present moment (the now).</font></p>
<p align="justify"><font size="3">I have been on a life search for happiness and I found that I had to let go of the past hurts and anger before my mind would be free to experience happiness.&#160; I learned to release thoughts of revenge.&#160; I would encourage you to think about forgiveness and how it can open you up to happiness.&#160; </font></p>
<p align="justify"><font size="3">I will explain.</font></p>
<p align="justify"><font size="3">Every moment that we spend experiencing a past hurt is a moment in our life that we are not experiencing happiness.&#160; I have learned to let go of the hurtful thoughts quickly so that I can move my mind into a place where I have thoughts of happy moments.</font></p>
<p align="justify"><font size="3">Are you holding on to anger and hurt, things in your past that need to be let go of?&#160; Perhaps events and people in the past or even in the present that needs to be forgiven so that you can move into a higher state of consciousness and happiness?</font></p>
<p align="justify"><font size="3">When looking at forgiveness the question arises what is it that needs to be forgiven?&#160; The quick and easy answer is “anything that caused you to become angry”.&#160; Anger</font><font size="3"> is something that needs to be forgiven so that you can achieve a complete inner peace in yourself.&#160; We can not find inner peace if we are still carrying anger.</font></p>
<p align="justify"><font size="3">Inner peace in needed to be able to have deeper happiness and joy in your life.&#160; This is achieved by releasing your anger and hurt and by doing so you are making room in your present mind for experiencing happy thoughts.</font></p>
<p align="justify"><font size="3">I have found that synchronicities in our lives will often happen to give us answers to our inner questions if we are open to&#160; recognizing them.&#160; If we are open and looking for information that we need to help us move our consciousness, awareness and happiness vibrations to a higher level it will come to us, often through other people.&#160; </font></p>
<p align="justify"><font size="3"></font><font size="3">Whenever I talk with people I listen to our conversation for a clue or message in our talking that will lead to a new growth in my self.&#160; </font></p>
<p align="justify"><font size="3"></font><font size="3">I listen to conversations to be aware of any answer to a question or an answer that may be shared even on a subconscious level in our conversation.&#160; This is so that I can&#160; find an answer to my own inner questions on living a better life.&#160; One filled with happiness, joy and bliss.&#160;&#160; </font></p>
<p align="justify"><font size="3"></font><font size="3">Often the synchronicity of awareness becomes a mutual event of sharing answers with each other.&#160; This is brought about when each person has developed the skill of seeking answers in their lives.&#160; If we have conversations with awareness this synchronicity increases.</font></p>
<p align="justify"><font size="3">I am on a search for the things in my life that will take my vibrational level to an even higher level.&#160; The higher that we vibrate the closer we are to our spirit self.&#160; My search involves looking and listening to people so that I can be aware about things in my life that can raise my awareness.&#160; Sometimes it is a series of people and an increasing awareness of what I am searching for as I search for this higher vibration for myself.</font></p>
<p align="justify"><font size="3"></font><font size="3">Here is my experience over the past week.</font> </p>
<p align="justify"><font size="3">For a&#160; long time I have felt that I had all of my forgiveness issues resolved until just recently when I started having a nagging feeling that I should reexamine my life to see what I have missed in my forgiving of past events and people.&#160; Have you ever had a feeling like this?&#160; That you have anger and hurt that you have not resolved, where you have not released thoughts of revenge and then forgiven everyone involved.&#160; </font></p>
<p align="justify"><font size="3">I was awakened to the answer in a unique way that started with my annual visit to have our taxes done.&#160; A discussion with our CPA went far off of the subject of taxes.&#160;&#160; Our tax preparer is a very spiritually aware person who on this visit she told the ancient story of the two monks who as they walked along they came upon a woman who desperately needed to cross the raging river.&#160; One of the monks carried her across the river and then returned back across the river and continued the journey with his fellow monk.&#160; After a couple of hours of walking in silence the second monk spoke very angrily about the fact that their vows do not allow them to touch a woman.&#160; The first monk thought a moment and replied that he had put the woman out of his mind as soon as he had put her down and that the second monk seemed to be the one who was still carrying the woman in his mind.</font></p>
<p align="justify"><font size="3">For some reason this story rang an inner bell in me and I started questioning what could I still be carrying in my mind that needs forgiveness in my life.&#160; This inner feeling was an alert to me to be looking for something in my past.&#160; This is a part of learning to pay attention to intuitions that we have.</font></p>
<p align="justify"><font size="3">The answer came a few days later when my wife and I returned to my hometown to take care of some business and to spend time with friends.</font></p>
<p align="justify"><font size="3">I have had many successes in my hometown but as we were having lunch with a good friend I noticed that I talked about a couple of negative events that had happened to us while creating our lives and business there.</font></p>
<p align="justify"><font size="3">This started me thinking about why am I still carrying these negative events in my mind?&#160; This question was on my mind that day and the next.&#160; Just as we were getting ready to get into the truck and drive back to our home.&#160; Our good friend stopped by with another friend and we had the opportunity to have a final chat before leaving.&#160; I again found myself retelling some of the negative stories that had happened after my returning to live in my hometown after many years away.&#160; This was a shock to me to see myself repeating these negative events.</font></p>
<p align="justify"><font size="3">So many positive stories to remember and recall and I was bringing up the negative stories.&#160; This was a shock to me and it woke me up to what I was doing. </font></p>
<p align="justify"><font size="3">I realized that my telling of these stories were the events that I now needed to forgive and release, along with the people involved.&#160; There was still anger over these events that needed to be released.&#160; I started to release these events from my mind and think on forgiveness to all involved.&#160; </font></p>
<p align="justify"><font size="3">I have found that when others are to be forgiven we also need to forgive ourselves for our role in the events.</font></p>
<p align="justify"><font size="3">When I tell people that we need to forgive ourselves I often hear Oh, I didn’t do anything that needs forgiveness and they will name the other person or the group of people that was responsible and say they will try to forgive them.&#160; They protest that they didn’t do anything wrong that needs forgiving.&#160; </font></p>
<p align="justify"><font size="3">This reminds me of a kid who when caught in a bad situation the kid will often say “I didn’t do nothing, it was all of them other kids who did it”.&#160; Ha, ha that’s a likely story.&#160; Yea, it’s always the other person who did it, it is never us who was involved.&#160; </font></p>
<p align="justify"><font size="3">The poor me story!&#160; </font><font size="3">This is the story that we tell ourselves and our friends to save face.&#160; We are always the innocent victim and the other person always started it.&#160; We soon believe our own version of the story we tell.</font></p>
<p align="justify"><font size="3">I say look a little deeper into what really happened.</font></p>
<p align="justify"><font size="3">In life it really is all people involved in an event that usually have had some hand in creating it.&#160; Fess up and look at yourself really closely and forgive all who were involved in the event including yourself.&#160; This is what I have been doing since my awareness of learning to forgive.&#160; </font></p>
<p align="justify"><font size="3">This also woke me up to the fact that when I hear myself telling negative stories I need to look at that event and forgive all involved in the event and release this event from my thinking about it.&#160; Give it complete forgiveness and let it go completely.</font></p>
<p align="justify"><font size="3">Well, in my telling of the negative stories of the events that happened it sure was me telling the story and all the other people who were involved had probably forgotten the event and moved on in life. So it was me that I had to forgive and I had to let go of the events and let them become a non event in my life.&#160; This is where forgiveness comes in.&#160; </font></p>
<p align="justify"><font size="3">How does a person forgive people or past events?&#160; Just tell yourself that you are now willing to forgive everything about this event and the people involved.&#160; You release your anger.&#160; You may need to do this multiple times.&#160; It’s that simple.&#160; Just keep forgiving and release it from your mind.&#160; Each time that it comes to mind just forgive it again and release it from your mind and start remembering happy things in your life.&#160; Teach yourself to move your mind to happy thoughts.</font></p>
<p align="justify"><font size="3">I also saw that I needed to let go of the telling of negative events in my life.&#160; I made the decision right then and there that the negative events were being released from my mind and from now on I will focus on the telling of positive events in my life.&#160; </font></p>
<p align="justify"><font size="3">This is because I want my present and future to be a series of positive adventures in my life.&#160; By my focusing on the positive stories and positive thoughts in my life it will allow my vibration&#160; to attract even more positive and happy life events and stories.&#160; Like attracts like.</font></p>
<p align="justify"><font size="3">I want my life to be a series of great positive stories that have happened in my life and believe me I have many of these stories.&#160; I just need to leave the other stories behind unless they have a positive message in them.</font></p>
<p align="justify"><font size="3">I will leave you with this thought:&#160; Each of us can stop holding onto thoughts that cause us to lower our vibration.&#160; Release thoughts that do not allow us to enjoy our peace, joy and happiness in life.&#160; This is a matter of no longer giving your attention to things that don’t allow you to vibrate in harmony with who and what you really desire to be.&#160; To live a positive, happy life be a positive, happy person. </font></p>
<p align="justify"><font size="3">Your vibrational harmony and happiness will rise as your thoughts and actions rise to a higher level.&#160; Positive thoughts attract positive events to you.</font></p>
<p align="justify"><font size="3">Forgiveness is a solution for transforming anger into an inner peace.&#160; It frees you from the trap of seeking revenge.&#160; Forgiveness does more for you than it does for others.&#160; This is because forgiveness liberates you from negativity and it allows you to move forward in your life free from anger and thoughts of revenge.&#160; </font></p>
<p align="justify"><font size="3">Forgiveness will change how you interact with other people in your past, present and future.&#160; It will change how people respond to you.&#160; </font></p>
<p align="justify"><font size="3">Put forgiveness and being positive and happy into your life.&#160; You will soon see a complete transformation in your life.</font></p>
<p align="justify"><font size="3">Make sure you stay on top of your game of life by <em>focusing on what you want rather than what you don&#8217;t want</em>.&#160; It&#8217;s a good habit to get into.</font></p>
<p align="justify"><font size="3">When learning to be happy in life one of the <em>Master Keys</em> to happiness is the releasing and letting go of your anger through forgiveness.</font></p>
<p align="justify"><font size="3">This week I learned of an anger that was hidden to me.&#160; This was done by listening to my own negativity in the conversation while I was talking with my friends.&#160; By hearing this negativity in myself I was able to correct my future conversations to reflect my positive outlook in life. </font></p>
<p align="justify"><font color="#8000ff" size="3"><em>It’s been a month now since I wrote this post and a new event has happened that I think needs to be included so as to demonstrate the personal power of forgiveness.</em></font></p>
<p align="justify"><font color="#000000" size="3">For the past couple of years I have been searching for a new business project to keep my creative and spiritual input in life flowing so as to be of help to others and to fulfill my own creative desires.&#160; </font></p>
<p align="justify"><font color="#000000" size="3">As </font><font color="#000000" size="3">I was thinking about the people that I have forgiven in my life all of a sudden a new business idea of a way that I can be of help to others came into my mind.&#160; The ideas were flowing so fast that I started taking notes to keep up with them all.&#160; </font></p>
<p align="justify"><font color="#000000" size="3">I believe that in my forgiving and letting go of my past disappointments, </font><font color="#000000" size="3">anger and hurt I am becoming free from them and I can move forward in my life with a new energy towards business.&#160; A new positive energy is created when we release our negative energies (thoughts).</font></p>
<p align="justify"><font color="#000000" size="3">What I learned is that If you have anger over past hurts forgive the other people and forgive yourself.&#160; Then be open to moving</font><font color="#000000" size="3"> on to your next great thing in life.&#160; </font></p>
<p align="justify"><font color="#000000" size="3">If it was a love that didn’t work out forgive and open yourself up to letting a new love find you.&#160; If it was a business that didn’t work out then forgive and release all of the anger and hurt and move forward to be open to a new business.&#160; Let go of the anger and hurt so you can forgive everyone.&#160; This will open you up to new opportunities.&#160; Don’t let anything hold you back from your own greatness.&#160; Believe in yourself…</font></p>
<p align="justify"><font color="#000000" size="3">Life is great and so are you. Live in the present and let the past be a part of your past.</font></p>
<p align="justify"><font color="#000000" size="3"><em>Now this is Huge!</em>&#160; Think on this for awhile – We can’t have two thoughts in our mind at one time… so will you choose to have happy thoughts in your mind or thoughts of revenge, anger and hurt? I choose to immediately release any thoughts that are negative and put my mind into a series of happy, positive thoughts.&#160; </font></p>
<p align="justify"><font color="#000000" size="3">When I find myself on a negative thought I say to myself “I’m going to replace that thought… I choose to have happy, creative thoughts” and I move my mind into happy thoughts.</font></p>
<p align="justify"><font color="#000000" size="3">Consider this &#8211; If my mind is not on a happy thought I am losing that moment of happiness in my life.&#160; I want to enjoy as many moments of happiness that I can.&#160; It’s done one thought at a time.&#160; We can take back our happy mind one thought at a time.&#160; Our mind does learn what we train it to think about.&#160; </font></p>
<p align="justify"><font color="#000000" size="3">Are you in control of your mind or is your mind in control of you?&#160; Take control of your mind and enjoy happiness.     <br /></font></p>
